• A correction to a dream-symbol or zodiac article: tell us the page, the sentence in question and, if possible, the source you are relying on.
• Questions about the site, how it works or where its content comes from.
• Privacy and data requests.
• A problem with the interpretation tool: an error message, an inappropriate result, or the daily reading count behaving oddly.

Before you write

We don’t interpret dreams by email. To have your dream interpreted, please use the free tool on the home page, which is available at any time.

Never send us passwords, card numbers, identity documents or any other sensitive information. We will never ask you for them.

Helping us reply quickly

• A clear subject line, such as “Correction: water article” or “Privacy request”.
• The link to the page concerned and the language you were reading it in.
• For a problem with the tool: your device and browser, roughly when it happened, and what you saw. There is no need to send us the full text of your dream.

When we reply

We read messages ourselves and usually reply within a few days, in Arabic, French, English or Spanish, depending on the language you write in. Replies can take a little longer at busy times, so thank you for your patience.

When someone points out a problem in an article, we check it and update the page if the error is confirmed, and we are grateful, because it makes the content better for everyone.
